Digital-only delivery
All listed resources are digital. There is no shipping address requirement, courier, physical parcel or delivery fee. A compatible computer or device, internet connection and suitable file reader are required.
When access appears
Files normally appear in your account within a few minutes of confirmed payment capture. Payment authorisation or a debit message alone does not guarantee capture. Email notifications may arrive later or enter spam folders; account access is the primary delivery method.
If delivery is delayed
Sign in to the account used for purchase and refresh the order status. If access has not appeared within 30 minutes of confirmed payment, contact support. Do not send payment OTPs or full card details.
Downloads and backups
Download links are issued only after account and purchase checks. Remote signed links expire after two minutes; return to your account for a new link if needed. These links are temporary bearer links, so do not share them. Keep a personal backup of the downloaded files.
Licence and technical issues
Use the product in accordance with its included licence and the terms of purchase. If a file is corrupt, missing or incompatible with the stated requirements, contact support for assistance. If the issue cannot be resolved, the refund policy applies.
