How to raise a complaint
Email the contact above with “Grievance” in the subject and your order or support reference. Describe the concern and the resolution you are seeking. We acknowledge complaints within 48 hours and seek to resolve them within one month of receipt. If an investigation needs further information, we will keep you informed.
