What we collect
When you register, we collect your name, email address, phone number and a protected password hash. When you buy, we keep order details, payment references, payment status, accepted policy version and download records. Support requests include the messages you submit. We use short-lived IP-derived identifiers to limit abuse; hosting and payment providers may maintain security logs.
Why we use it
We use this information to create and secure your account, verify your email, process orders, provide downloads, respond to support requests, investigate abuse and maintain necessary transaction records. We do not use your purchase as permission to send marketing messages.
Payment and service providers
Razorpay handles payment details through its checkout. Bundle Nest does not receive or store your full card number, CVV, UPI PIN or payment OTP. Our hosting provider operates the website and database. Cloudflare R2 stores uploaded files when enabled. Public product cover images can be viewed by visitors; paid resource files require purchase checks. Our SMTP provider delivers account and order emails. These providers process information under their own terms and may operate in other countries.
Retention
We retain your account while it is needed to provide access. Order records are retained for applicable accounting, dispute and legal requirements. Support messages are normally retained for 24 months after closure. Expired verification/reset tokens and short-lived rate-limit records are removed by scheduled maintenance. Delivered email bodies are removed from our queue. Backup copies rotate under our operational retention schedule.
Your choices and requests
You can ask for access to your information, correction, account closure or deletion by emailing our support address. We verify identity before acting. Some records may need to be retained for legal obligations or unresolved disputes; we will explain this where applicable. Closing an account may remove future access, so download purchased files first.
Cookies and children
We use an essential session cookie for sign-in and form security. Optional Google Analytics may be enabled by the store owner and loads only after you allow analytics cookies on public pages. Account and checkout pages are excluded. You may withdraw consent using Cookie preferences. Purchases and account registration are intended for adults aged 18 or older. A parent or guardian should make any purchase for a younger learner using their own account.
